Based on the scope outlined for this assignment, it appears that an architect would need to be included as part of the OPM's team in order to develop options for evaluation and review. Can you please clarify your expectation?

Q: It is our understanding that the OPM's services end upon a successful referendum. Therefore, under Section 3, more specifically: The written response to this RFP must also include the following information, which shall be used among other criteria for selecting the most responsible qualified proposer who will serve as the owner's representative: Items 1-9 under this section would be relevant to evaluating an OPM if you were choosing them to ultimately manage the project. Is this information still necessary?

Q: In Section 15 - Evaluation Criteria and Selection Process - In the first paragraph it appears that fee proposals are NOT due at the time of submission of Qualifications; however, in the second paragraph it appears you are requesting fee proposals as part of the submission. However, page 12 of the RFP states that "the Town intends to develop a list of prequalified firms who will be invited to participate in a subsequent request for proposals (RFP) for the project, which RFP shall include, but not be limited to, fee proposals. Could you please confirm if a fee proposal is required with our submission due on June 12th? If the proposal form is required with our submission, does it need to be submitted in a separate sealed envelope?
