What is SchoolCafé?

Windham Public Schools’ Food Services Department is adding a new service to benefit staff and parents through SchoolCafé, a secure online portal. Instead of sending a child to school with cash to buy extras at breakfast or lunch, families can use SchoolCafé to add funds, track items purchased, and manage balances. 

How do I use SchoolCafé?

Use SchoolCafé through computers ( or phone app (SchoolCafé by Cybersoft PrimeroEdge). SchoolCafé is very simple to use and automatically synchronizes with Windham Public Schools’ Cafeteria terminals so PIN numbers will stay the same as their accounts at school. School breakfast and lunch will still remain free for all students.

District staff can use the portal to add a payment to their account, and not worry about carrying cash. Staff’s PIN number is their employee ID.

There is no fee to create an account, but please note that there is a low fee of $2.25 per transactions up to $100.00 (this service fee goes directly to the bank for transaction handling). Using SchoolCafé conveniently eliminates the need for staff and students to carry checks or cash to school – although cash and checks will still be accepted.
