Open Enrollment for the 2023-24 plan year has now ended.

All elections will be effective September 1, 2023. Your benefits payroll deductions will begin on September 14, 2023.

*Note: A “Qualifying Life Event”, such as marriage, divorce, birth of a child, adoption or loss of other coverage, allows you to adjust your benefit elections outside of the Open Enrollment period. To be eligible for this special enrollment opportunity, you must request the change within 30 days of the qualifying event. To report a "Qualifying Event", please log in to your ESS portal.
