Compañeros Lottery
The 2026-2027 school year Compañeros Program lottery application period opens on January 7, 2026 and closes on February 27, 2026. The lottery reveal date will be on Friday, March 20, 2026.
The Compañeros Program is available on a lottery basis to all students when entering Kindergarten, or by late entry (Spanish) to older students grades 1-8 who are bilingual, depending on space. The lottery is held in late winter of each year to select students for the following school year. Before applying for the program, parents/guardians must attend an Information Session.
The lottery process will run as has been determined by the Windham Board of Education Policy #5117.11 and #5117.111 (Spanish). We thank you for your interest in the Compañeros Program, and wish you luck in the lottery.
