The EAP (Employee Assistance Program) provides employees quick and easy access to work/life support, confidential counseling, and referral services to help them deal with daily work and life challenges. It’s employer-sponsored and free to you, your dependents, or household members.

We care about the health and well-being of all our team members here at Windham Public Schools, and we recognize that some personal problems can disrupt their personal and work lives. Although many people can deal with them independently or with help from family and friends, sometimes they need professional assistance and advice. 

Under our EAP, you can receive no-cost, confidential help for a wide variety of needs and concerns, such as childcare, parenting concerns, eldercare, family conflict, financial or legal concerns, marital difficulties, relationships problems, anxiety, stress management, depression, eating disorders, alcohol or drug addiction and problem gambling.
